We require all third parties to handle your information securely and in line with applicable privacy laws.

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the website work properly, remember your cart and preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. The categories we use:

  • Essential cookies — required for the cart, checkout, login and security

  • Marketing cookies — Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags, used to measure ad performance and show relevant ads on other platforms (only if you've consented via our cookie banner)

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may not work properly.

We will only send you marketing emails, SMS or other promotional content if you have opted in (e.g. ticked a box at checkout or signed up to our newsletter). Every marketing message will include a clear way to unsubscribe.

7. How we store and protect it

Your information is stored on secure, password-protected systems hosted in Australia and overseas (primarily by Shopify, Google and our other software providers — see Section 10).

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. This includes encryption in transit (HTTPS/SSL), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations (e.g. 7 years for tax records).

By using our services, you consent to your information being processed and stored in these locations.
